Request for Proposals – Union Station Parking Garage Generator Room Upgrade and Winterization

Union Station Redevelopment Corporation (USRC) is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the Union Station Parking Garage (USPG) Generator Room Upgrade and Domestic Water Winterization project, which includes upgrading the garage’s emergency generator room and providing winterization improvements to the domestic water system.
Proposals are due Wednesday, March 18, 2026, by 11:00 AM. Proposals received after this time will be returned unopened and considered late.

Proposals must be submitted either:

  • Via email to [email protected], OR
  • Delivered physically to the USRC Reception Desk at 750 1st St NE, Suite #1010, Washington, DC 20002.

No other submission methods will be accepted.
