There are over 2.6 million riders annually on the intercity bus service and it is the #1 Metro station in the system with 65,000 trips per weekday, the #1 MARC station in the system, and Amtrak’s second busiest station in the country.

Union Station Parking Garage has a Kiss and Ride/Cell Phone Waiting/Rideshare pick-up and drop-off area on the Bus Deck level available for all station visitors. These lots are free for patrons to use for 20 minutes or less. In addition, these spots can be used for picking up and dropping off Lyft and Uber passengers.
