Educational Human Trafficking Exhibit at Union Station

From June 5 to 14, 2018 there was an informative human trafficking exhibit in the Main Hall of Union Station. USRC would like to thank Kay Chernush and her team for displaying the Artworks for Freedom exhibit to raise awareness of people visiting the station. We would also like to extend our gratitude to Mick McKeown, Director of the DHS Blue Campaign; Kenya Davis, Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Columbia, DC Human Trafficking Task Force; and Barbara Amaya, human trafficking survivor and advocate for giving opening remarks on June 6th. We hope many people took time to stop by the station to see the display and learn about this serious issue.
