USRC and the Union Station Parking Garage (USPG) take a proactive approach to safety and maintenance. We employ a team of engineers to regularly assess the condition of the parking garage structure and address identified repairs as needed.

In 2014, all lighting on the Bus Deck and Parking Levels 1-4 was replaced with new, brighter, more energy-efficient lights. The new lights use 1/3 less electricity.

Also during 2014, Parking Levels 3 and 4 underwent significant concrete and sealant restoration, as well as drainage improvements. This year, contractors will return to work on Level 2 and also make repairs to the underside of the Bus Deck.
