The focus of the BID’s 7th annual Nerds in NoMa series will be visiting the past, learning to live in the present, and dreaming about the future. The District of Columbia is a place of never-ending change. But in the spirit of William Faulkner who wrote “The past is never dead. It isn’t even past.”, the living history of the area now called NoMa will be discovered with a handful of personal tales at this event.

The evening will be facilitated by story teller, Chris Maier with Little. Thank you to, Michelin Bib Gourmand award winner, Laos in town, which is sponsoring a tasty spread for all attendees and there will be free beer, wine, and other beverages!
