Join the DowntownDC BID on December 4th, 11th, and 18th from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm to ring in the holiday season with holiday carols and hot chocolate that will warm your soul and spirit. Gather your friends and family and come out for what promises to be a wonderful, family-friendly, COVID-safe event. Hot chocolate will be served from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm (the first 100 cups free).
