From September 17 to 19, 2021, on F Street NW between 8th and 9th Streets NW, the DowntownDC BID is hosting a roller skating event. There will be free skating and performances, movie screenings with silent disco headphones, food offerings by Shake Shack, and live DJs. You are encouraged to sign up early and arrive within 15 mins of your scheduled registration or your spot will be released. Skates will be provided on a limited basis. Bringing your own skates is encouraged.

Skate: 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm
Skatetrack by DJ Adrian Loving : 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm
Movie: Rollbounce at 8:00 pm

Saturday, Sept 18
Skate: 12:00 pm to 11:00 pm
Skate lessons and performances by Rolloway Productions: 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm
Skatetrack by DJ 2-Tone Jones: 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm
Movie: ATL at 8:00 pm

Sunday, Sept 19
Skate: 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm
Skate lessons & performances by Rolloway Productions: 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm
Skatetrack by DJ Adrian Loving : 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm

RULES OF THE RINK
Do not bring hockey sticks or pucks.
Do not skate backward.
Do not figure skate.
No more than two skaters should join hands and skate; chain skating is not permitted.
No cell phones or personal music devices are allowed.
Skate in the direction of other skaters.
Obey the skate guard.
Do not play tag.
Everyone on the roller floor must wear skates.
