Returning for its sixth year, the international mural festival, formerly known as POW! WOW!, is convening local, national, and international artists under its new name, DC Walls. The outdoor festival is taking place from September 8 to 18, 2021 in the NoMa neighborhood at the following locations:
• N and First Streets NE
• N and Third Streets NE
• Pepco and the Metropolitan Branch Trail
• L and Third Streets NE
• 52 O Street NE (Garage Bay)
The official opening of DC Walls will be on Sunday, September 12th from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm at Alethia Tanner Park (227 Harry Thomas Way NE).
