Union Station Coronavirus Update
Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, and in accordance with advice from the CDC and the DC Department of Health, public events and gatherings at Union Station are canceled until further notice.
A number of retailers and eateries remain closed of their own volition. Those that are open may have limited hours and service. Public transit to and from the station is continuing, but most modes are operating with reduced service. We recommend you check the various company websites and social media directly.
While in the station, masks and social distancing are required. Please ensure you are six feet apart from other customers and employees.
Due to a DC Mayor’s order, persons coming to the District from high-risk spots, on non-essential travel for 24 hours or more, should have a test for COVID-19 within 72 hours prior to arrival. For further details, please see https://coronavirus.dc.gov/phasetwo.
The station is open to the public from 5:00 am to 11:00 pm daily.
