Union Station Coronavirus Update
Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, and in accordance with DC government regulations, public events and gatherings at Union Station are canceled until further notice.
Some retailers and eateries remain closed of their own volition. Those that are open may have limited hours and service. The list at https://www.unionstationdc.com/directory/ is up to date as of March 31, 2021. There is public transit to and from the station, but many operators continue to have reduced service. We recommend you check the various company websites and social media directly.
While in the station, masks and social distancing are required. Please ensure you are always six feet apart from other customers and employees.
Per a Mayor’s Order, visitors to the District and residents returning from high-risk states outside the DMV region are limited to essential activities until they receive a negative COVID-19 test, three to five days after arrival. Individuals who are fully vaccinated are not required to self-quarantine or have a test if their travel occurs within 90 days following the final dose of their vaccine.
The station is open to the public from 5:00 am to 11:00 pm daily.
