Thanks to a collaborative effort with USRC, the Travelers Aid information desk is relocating to the Union Station Parking Garage Bus Deck information pavilion and will be reopening on July 26, 2019. Previously located in the Claytor Concourse, the information desk, which had operated at Union Station for more than 100 years, closed on April 15, 2019.

Upon resuming operations on the Bus Deck, Travelers Aid case managers will provide professional services related to:
• Stranded Traveler Assistance
• Critical Incident Support
• Domestic Violence Assistance
• Missing Persons/Runaways Assistance
• Safe Place
• Tourism Information
• Translation Services

Travelers Aid volunteers are happy to continue to provide friendly customer service and guidance to all travelers and visitors at Union Station.
