USRC’s oversight responsibilities for the entire station complex, as charged by its Board of Directors, consist of:

• Managing the Station Development Lease
• Managing the Parking Garage Operator’s Contract
• Insuring proper maintenance of the unique historical features of Union Station
• Overseeing and managing all capital improvements for the garage
• Protecting the Federal Government’s interest in the property
