The 6821 Quintet, assembled specifically for the 2017 National Cherry Blossom Festival and named after the distance between Washington, DC and Tokyo, will offer a rare musical pop-up performance in the Main Hall at Union Station on Sunday, March 26th at noon. (Additional concerts will take place on March 24th and 25th in Georgetown at the Evermay Concert Series and at the Warner Theatre.) The group is comprised of two violinists, a violist, a cellist, and a pianist. Come one, come all for what is sure to be a wonderful performance.
